As an Independent Safeguarding Adults Board Chair, Fiona works with partners to devise system wide quality assurance processes and learning programmes aimed to improved practice.  She has worked with colleagues and experts by experience on key policies and national guidance for safeguarding practitioners. 

Former Head of Law for Safeguarding for a high profile local authority, Sarah has expert knowledge across children’s and adults’ safeguarding. She now works with safeguarding partners to analyse and improve systems, resolve organisational conflicts and author independent reviews and policies.
